News 23 Sep'09 | Training/seminar on FCNM Implementation Procedures in Georgia European Centre for Minority Issues and the Council of Europe in collaboration with the Office of the State Minister for Reintegration Issues organized the training/seminar on FCNM Implementation Procedures in Georgia for the members of the Permanent Inter-Agency Commission on Issues of National Minorities and Civil Integration at Hotel Bazaleti Lake on Monday 21 and Tuesday 22 September.  The training/seminar was conducted by Ilze Brands-Kehris (Latvia), Vice-President of the Advisory Committee of the Framework Convention for the Protection of National Minorities, Francoise Kempf, of the Secretariat of the Framework Convention for the Protection of National Minorities, Strasbourg, and Tom Trier, ECMI Regional Director for the Caucasus.  Agenda of the meeting:  programme.pdf [52 kb] List of participants:  List Participants.pdf [50kb]
