On March 19, the Public Defender and representatives of the Council of National Minorities at the Public Defender’s Office met with the Deputy State Minister for Reintegration, Elene Tevdoradze.

The Office of the State Minister for Reintegration and the Council of National Minorities at the Public Defender’s Office concluded a memorandum of cooperation on December 14, 2009. This meeting was held in the framework of the aforementioned memorandum and the implementation of the National Concept for Tolerance and Civil Integration and the Action Plan approved by the Georgian government.

At the meeting, the Deputy State Minister for Reintegration, Elene Tevdoradze, provided the Council of National Minorities at the Public Defender’s Office with information about the implementation of the National Concept for Tolerance and Civil Integration and the Action Plan.

The implementation of the National Concept for Tolerance and Civil Integration and the Action Plan is coordinated by the Office of the State Minister for Reintegration.
