13 Apr'10 | 5th Authors and Experts Workshop in Akhaltsikhe

Between April 8-11th April, authors and experts within the project EUROCLIO/MATRA Project Tolerance Building through History Education in Georgia , will meet in Akaltsikhe, Georgia to advance the development of materials, present worksheet activities and focus on active learning of history. There will be presentations and updates from the Georgian Association of History Educators, a project update from EUROCLIO Executive-Director Joke van der Leeuw-Roord and active input, lectures and workshops from international experts Ineke Veldhuis Meester (Dutch Association of History Educators) and Rumyana Kusheva (Bulgaria History Teachers’ Association). The workshop will give special attention to participant feedback for newly developed, and previously edited materials as well as a focus on active learning.
